Policies at Sunset RV Park

Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date is non-refundable. Otherwise, there is a 20% cancellation fee on refunded deposits.
No early departure refunds.
Deposit due at time of booking: One night deposit for up to a week stay, 25% deposit for longer than a week stay. Balance due upon arrival.
Full payment due in advance for Memorial Day, 4th of July holiday, Sturgis Rally dates, and Labor Day.
Rates are based on 2 people per site. $5 per day per additional person, excluding Sturgis Rally dates as noted below.
Not to exceed 4 people per site.
Rates do not include applicable sales tax and tourism tax.
Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Adult guests only.
Quiet hours are 9PM to 7AM.
Property is for registered guests only. No visitors at any time without permission from Sunset RV Park.
No tent camping allowed.
Fireworks are illegal in the Black Hills and are prohibited on property.
Gray water is to be disposed of in the campground septic receptacle, never on the ground.
No washing of any vehicles on property.
Parking in designated areas only.
Please do not remove rocks or other items from the property. Help to keep our property interesting for our other guests.
Wi-Fi is available, but not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed connection and speeds, please bring your own hotspot.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Guests will be responsible for costs to repair or replace any damages to campground property.

No wood campfires are allowed outside of the designated fire pit.
Use of propane fire pits is acceptable at each site.
The campfire is the responsibility of the guest.
Fire must be attended at all times. Fire must be extinguished when unattended.
Fire must be extinguished by 11PM.
Cutting of any trees, standing or down, is prohibited. We can provide local resources for firewood.
Local, state, and/or federal laws may prohibit or restrict campfires due to weather conditions.
